Create secure access for the SOC workspace

Please provide accurate email and phone — they are used for sign-in recovery, notifications, and verification.

  • Email: use an address you actively monitor. It must be unique and valid; you will use it for password reset and security mail.
  • Phone: enter the number you can receive SMS on, ideally in E.164 form (e.g. +66981234567 — drop the leading 0 from 098…).

Username: 3–32 characters, lowercase letters, digits, and . _ - only (no spaces). Choose something you can remember but is not easy to guess.

Secure password guidelines (NCSA / NIST-aligned)

Minimum 12 characters. Use a password manager — paste is supported. After sign-up you must enable MFA (authenticator app).

  1. Enable MFA (authenticator app) — required for every account; it reduces phishing risk more than rotating passwords alone.
  2. Use at least 12 characters; length matters more than complexity alone.
  3. Combine lowercase, uppercase, digits, and special characters, or use a long passphrase from a password manager.
  4. Avoid predictable passwords: sequences, common words, keyboard patterns, or known breached passwords.
  5. Do not reuse the same password across systems.
  6. Show password while typing and paste from your password manager to avoid typos.
  7. Systems limit sign-in attempts to resist password guessing.

Guidance aligned with NCSA (สกมช.) and NIST: MFA and breach-checked passwords matter more than frequent rotation.
